PEC LAMP is proud to present the newest addition to it's fine line
of Mercury lamps. The SUPER HIGH PRESSURE (SHP)illuminator
system for Data/Video Projector, fiber optic lighting applications,
and automated stage and studio lighting fixtures.
The "system" includes a 120, 150, 180, 200, 270, and 300 watt AC/DC
SHP lamp, a FEX type elliptical or parabolic reflector, and a state-of-
the-art electronic ballast which matches the system.

| This new SHP lamp uses the
latest state of the art, seal process (rather than the older pinch
seal method)to seal the halide gasses in the lamp. This assures complete
air tightness without thermal expansion, even under 200kgf/cm pressure.
Also, this new process eliminates stress at the connecting point between
the electrode and the lead. This produces a brighter, longer lasting,
and a more energy efficient lamp. |
