The "system" includes a 200 watt DC NTP lamp, a FEX type eliptical or parabolic reflector, and a state-of- the-art MBS-K200B electronic ballast which matches the system.
This new NTP lamp is unique in that it places the "tip" (where the lamp is filled with gas) on the side of the bulb, rather than on the center. In traditional models, much light is lost due to this inefficient placement of the tip.
